2. Cancellations - To opt out from receiving text messages, just reply "STOP" at any time. We will automatically respond with another SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.


3. Help - You can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling us at 402-207-9907.


4. Carriers - Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


5. Fees - Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages you send or receive by opting in. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.


6. Frequency - On average you can expect to receive a total of 5 - 10 text messages associated with a single property showing. The number may be higher if responding to your questions or inquiries.


7. Privacy Policy - We do not share your phone number with any third parties, partners, or affiliates.
